1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which RegnoWeb Business Consulting Services (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) processes cancellations and refunds for its services, including website development, mobile application development, AI automation solutions (such as AI chatbots and AI agents), pitch deck support, digital marketing services, Hosting, Email and AI-powered video and photoshoot solutions.

By engaging our Services, the Client (“you” or “your”) agrees to this Policy.

2. NATURE OF SERVICES

The Client acknowledges that the Company provides customized, project-based and digital services that require allocation of resources, time and expertise. As such, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined herein.

3. CANCELLATION POLICY

3.1 Cancellation by Client

  • The Client may request cancellation by providing written notice to the Company.

  • Cancellation requests will be effective only upon written acknowledgment by the Company.

  • Any work completed up to the date of cancellation shall be chargeable.

3.2 Cancellation by Company
The Company reserves the right to cancel or suspend Services in the event of:

  • Non-payment or delayed payments

  • Breach of contractual/Proposal/Agreement obligations

  • Provision of unlawful or infringing content

  • Any conduct that adversely affects the Company’s operations

In such cases, no refund shall be provided for work already completed.

4. REFUND POLICY

4.1 General Principle
All payments made to the Company are non-refundable except as expressly stated in this Policy or agreed in writing over WhatsApp, email or any communication method thereto.

4.2 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds, if any, shall be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • The Company fails to initiate the project within a reasonable timeframe without valid cause

  • The Company is unable to deliver the agreed Services due to reasons solely attributable to the Company

4.3 Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds shall be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Delays caused by the Client (including lack of communication or incomplete inputs)

  • Dissatisfaction based on subjective preferences after delivery aligned with agreed scope

  • Services involving third-party costs, licenses or tools already incurred

  • Completed milestones or delivered work

5. PARTIAL REFUNDS

In cases where a refund is deemed applicable, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund after deducting:

  • Charges for work completed

  • Resource allocation costs

  • Administrative and processing fees

  • Third-party expenses

6. DIGITAL AND AI SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Due to the nature of AI-based and digital services:

  • Outputs may vary and are subject to interpretation

  • Refunds shall not be granted based on perceived performance or subjective dissatisfaction with AI-generated results, provided the agreed scope has been fulfilled

7. REFUND PROCESS

  • Approved refunds shall be processed within [30–45] business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed

  • The Company shall not be responsible for delays caused by financial institutions or payment gateways

8. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting the Company to resolve the issue. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action and suspension of Services.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO POLICY

The Company reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
